Dimalanta, former conductor of PAC Imago Dei Choir, led the doxology followed by the singing of the National Anthem and Himno Ning Kapampanga, which was led by the PAC Imago Dei Choir and conducted by Mr. Renato R. Simbulan. Hon. Carmelo “Tarzan” F. Lazatin, the representative of the First District of the Pampanga, gave a commencement address to the graduates. PAC Officials also awarded the Plaque of Appreciation to Hon. Nona Ricaforte. The Academic Scholars, Diploma and Special Awards to graduating students were recognized, distributed and presented by Dr. Soriano and Cong. Lazatin assisted by VP Kempis, Director Nora Lucero and Mrs Lapurisima C. Briones. While the Loyalty to the Alma Mater was presented by Mr. Marcelino T. Pesigan Jr., Pioneer Graduate Awardee. After Hon. Rogelio D. Cosio, President for the PAC Alumni Association, has introduced the graduates to PACAA the singing of the Graduation Song was sung by the graduates. Special Awards was given to Mr. Marcelino T. Pesigan Jr.(Pioneer Graduate of Master of Arts in Education Majore in Physical Education), Brian Hendrick Velasquez (Best in Thesis in Information Technology), Hector Turla (Best in Computer Programming), Cedbryan Santos (Best in Stenography) and Brenzon Rosete (Athlete of the Year). After singing of the PAC hymn, Mrs. Evelyn D. Catap, Master of Ceremony has ended the graduation. After the commencement, the Conferment of Degree Doctor of Management was given to Mr. Mohamed Sultan, the founder and chairman of Melorita Consultants and Executive Director, Asia Pacific Healthcare Academy. He was introduced by Dr. Kempis and finally the awarding of the presidential medallion was given to him. Before the ceremony ended he left a response message.
